I love how nice everyone is. When I first walk through the door, the secretary knows who I am, and is always nice. When I'm in back getting stuff done, they let me know what they're doing, what the different tools they're using do, and they worked with me so they wouldn't trigger my gag reflex. I also like that they have hot chocolate out in the waiting room. I love hot chocolate! And I love racking up the points on my smile rewards card! I think the rewards are a great idea.
