Usually I feel scared and I really don`t like it.But when I come to OSS, I am feel like it comforts me.You can do lots of things while your waiting like read magizines,play video games,and lots more.The ladies that work their are really nice.OSS is a place that I like.(And the starbucks machine is great.)

Our family has had a great experience with OSS. The appointments are ALWAYS timely. The staff is friendly, knowledgable, patient, and understanding. We also had prompt response when we had a problem over a weekend. Thank You!!

I love how nice everyone is. When I first walk through the door, the secretary knows who I am, and is always nice. When I'm in back getting stuff done, they let me know what they're doing, what the different tools they're using do, and they worked with me so they wouldn't trigger my gag reflex. I also like that they have hot chocolate out in the waiting room. I love hot chocolate! And I love racking up the points on my smile rewards card! I think the rewards are a great idea.

They are kind and smart :D
